  • I brought my Mercedes in on the recommendation of a friend/coworker. I was a little nervous as I've dealt with expensive repairs with my last Benz, so I braced myself. However I came out very happy. Sam emailed me right away with different quotes depending on how cheap I wanted to go. With either she offered a discount. I also requested a quote through yelp and had forgotten until I checked in. Someone from the garage had simultaneously gotten back to me. Again, Sam was very professional and patient going back and forth a few times until I decided on my service. She was able to get me in the next day at the exact timeframe I requested. As it was a long, 3 hour appointment I used the time and visited several other nice establishments in the business complex that she recommended. I ate lunch, got my nails done and even a massage. I came back so relaxed I almost forgot to pay them. They cane back with a detailed report of the work performed. Thankfully, nothing negative or any urgent repairs were needed. They did give me a heads up on a belt that I do need, but said that I could wait till my next maintence. As I wanted to get it checked out before a trip to Cali and they knew this, a less reputable place could have turned that around and "strongly recommended" me doing the work immediately. I still paid a large amount. But I expected it, as I admit I put off the work for way too long. Also as they say, you do get what you pay for and they did a lot in a reasonable timeframe without any add ons. I'd highly recommend them and promise to keep taking my car there for as long as I own it. Thanks again.
