  • This is the second time I purchase bus passes online and ride cats fails to deliver. They blame the post office but look: I'm not buying to the post office I am buying from Ride Cats so YOU have to figure out how to deliver the product I paid to YOU. Do you think Amazon would blame the post office if the product doesn't get delivered?? The second time around I paid for certified mail $4! And yet, I spent 10 days back and forth on the phone between Ride Cats and Post Office to see where my bus tickets were. They just blame each other. Unbelievable! WORST SERVICE EVER!
