Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I walked in planning to buy some packing peanuts and bubble wrap and pack my box myself. I asked the woman behind the counter if she could tape up the box so I could pack it. She then took my package into the back without asking and packed it herself. Upon realizing what she had done, I called to her to ask her to stop packing as my package was extremely fragile and I wanted to do it myself to make sure it was done correctly. She did not respond to me and continued to pack. After I called to her four times, her colleague went to get her, but still, she did not respond. After all of this, she charged me a $30 (!!!!) packing fee. When I asked for 'Fragile' and 'This Side Up' stickers, she only put on the 'Fragile' stickers and told me she would put on the other stickers later. I told her I would wait until she put the 'This Side Up' stickers on. Her other colleague came out 10 minutes later and told me that they didn't have any of those, sorry. So I asked her if she could get a pen and write it on and she sort of grunted at me. I will NEVER ship anything here ever again.
