  • I rented from PPM for 3 years and had a great experience. Katie and the rest of the staff made it a pleasure to live in our apartment. They were very easy to communicate with and always responded to any requests promptly. Anytime we needed something fixed Joel, the maintenance man, was always very helpful and responded quickly. The rent was a reasonable price and PPM makes it very easy to pay via their website. Had I not purchased a home, I would've most definitely continued to rent from PPM.
