| - I have owned 4 cars in the past, but never with borrowed money, and I came in uninformed and a bit nervous because of all the stigmas about the car buying process. I didn't know how good or bad my credit was(honestly because I come from a place where credit doesn't exist so didn't take it seriously) and I wasn't even sure I wanted a Toyota...had an Audi A6 before that and although my mother loves toyotas and I bought her a sequoia in Houston to ship across the Atlantic, I swore against them for my personal use lol
I had a previous experience at this dealership but it was brief and the car was not mine so I can only speak on my lease.
Before I stopped at Toyota I visited Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, and Jeep...Mercedes staff was impersonal, Audi just didn't have the right size suv I wanted, and well Jeep was just too pushy.
Then I went to Toyota as a last resort and left that day with a vehicle I felt comfortable with. The GM Rich Abajian sat with me and explained to me that his main goal was to get me in a vehicle that I choose, but most of all one with a great depreciation value( I was previously offered a Land Rover by John Barr) All of that was great but I didn't just buy the car, I bought into him. He made the process very transparent and I signed the dotted line(after consulting with my brother)I was told I got a good deal but I didn't verify; the numbers didn't matter, the service did.
Almost a year later, this dealership has lost the only good thing there was to say about it. 5 stars for a peculiar treasure, who was the only person that could have ever made me a proud driver of a Toyota! Rich Abajian could never be replaced!
