  • Yeah reason I am taking and closing my account with this bank . The manager there chuckles at the situation that an overdraft was applied to my account and when I said please don't laugh she blew up at me saying that I was out of line . Customer service very poor. After I told her to please not yell at me she said "oh I was going to reverse and now I am not ".
