We can always get through on the phone. Appointments are set in a reasonable time frame no different than any other plan out there. Our HMO includes hundreds of doctor choices and locations to choose from including urgent care centers around the valley.
We have a 30.00 copay and 80 for a specialist.
My wife loves her primary care doctor. She has seen numerous specialists during the last two years including several MRI's and had one surgery for CP.
I have seen the gastro and urologist. And had several major procedures done.
We previoulsy had Blue Cross and paid 850.00 a month. That company was always looking for an excuse not pay or kick us off the plan as we are now in our 50's. The last letter I received from Blue stated our rates would be going up 35%.
We pay 200.00 mo with HPN for more coverage and no hassles. Its an 800 per month plan. we simply receive a tax credit based on income.
Couldn't be happier.
