  • I'm giving them three stars because the wine selection was good, and the truffle fries were awesome. Temper that with the following: I arrived at 4:05 and was the only person in the restaurant. Service was excellent at that point. Within about 30 minutes there were six other people at the bar and I was invisible. There were now THREE bartenders...not one made eye contact or checked to see if I wanted another glass of wine despite the fact that my glass was empty. I left 20% but won't be back or recommend EVO. It's just a J-O-B and that doesn't work in the restaurant business in this town.
