  • I'd been to this salon 4 times during the past year when the stylist I used left unexpectedly. The salon offered a 50% off coupon for all services if I were to return and try a new stylist. I agreed. Bottom line - the cost I paid with the 50% off coupon was $.50 less than the full price I'd paid for my previous visits. I asked that the salon owner contact me and she did. She left a 'scalding' voice message providing me with Facebook Page for my previous stylist, scolded me for not checking the published prices on their website, and explained that they didn't need my business. I was disappointed that she didn't have the courtesy to speak directly with me and make this right! The salon is new and comfortable, the staff very pleasant (well, except for the owner) but services are very overpriced. I certainly won't pay top dollar for a service and be treated with disrespect. Possibly the salon has so much business that they don't really care. I won't return after this bad experience. Plus, they're way overpriced! A cut and color is just under $200.00.
