This is a great workout! EMA has so much to offer. As a woman I take this class to learn how to defend and protect myself. We learn lots of different types of fighting techniques, from long control to grappling to knife disarming,..the list goes on. We also practice body conditioning to have good fighting stamina and endurance. I love the sparring sessions, for this we wear proper gear. It is a very safe and comfortable class with a large verity of levels of experience. Our amazing teacher Dan is very attentive and patient, he makes sure that each person gets the proper attention and critique they need to become better and better.
I would recommends this class to everybody.
