| - Dined here complimentary with my friend Wendy O. on a comped Vegas trip (see my review for THE Hotel). Food was very tasty...I had a caesar salad, filet mignon with blue cheese crust, fries, pomme puree, root vegetables, creamed spinach, german chocolate molten cake and a very nice Riesling. Very few complaints...the blue cheese crust seemed a little overdone, not nice and creamy like a few other reviewers have mentioned. The dessert was ah-mazing. Also sampled the crème brulee which was light and creamy. The service was excellent. While I enjoyed everything very much, not sure I would make it a "must-dine" next time I'm in Vegas.
Bonus: the wine angels that travel up and down the glorious tower of wine via a pulley system.
Bogus: it was way too hot in there. Also, crowd seemed to be mostly late 30's/early 40's professionals. Definitely not a young, hip, trendy place.
