My 77 year old mother made an appointment to take her care in a 9:00. They told her, they would call her in a couple of hours and give her an update. 7 Hours later she called them and they said they had not gotten to it yet and needed to keep it overnight. The next day they called her and gave her several items that needed to be repaired and wanted to charge a great deal. There were two items that needed attention, if you can trust them, which I do not. I asked to speak to the service Center manager and was transferred and hung up on. In my option this is how they deal with complaints and a reason they are not accredited by the BBB. It is also my opinion that they try to take advantage of the elderly and upcharge them as much as possible. My recommendation is that you stay away from the dealer as it appears to me they are untrustworthy and unethical.
