  • Was great but with new management taking over see lots of problems in the future. Glad we're getting out now. They did in fact cut down almost every tree in the entire complex. Half painted the buildings but continue to have all of the construction/painters vans and trucks blocking off half the parking lots. Same gate code for 4 years everyone knows it. Said there would be guard patrols never saw 1. Had to call a few times to have Maintenance come unlock the pools hours after posted open time because they "forgot". Having to call cops on multiple neighbors for dv report it and nothing changes. And to top it all off they've raised the rent over $300. This place is a joke.
