  • This week I had occasion to ask Community Tire Pros in Glendale to help me with an "emergency" problem on my 07 Ford Explorer. I had been bringing the Explorer to them for about a year for oil changes and one other minor repair issue I had, so they were somewhat familiar with me and my truck. When I told them what my problem had been diagnosed as by another "technician" (supposedly a starter failure) and asked if I could drop off my truck immediately for them to fix, there was no hesitation. The guys at CTP ran a quick diagnostic, found my problem and helped me solve it (NOT a failing starter but merely an incredibly dead battery)...all within the same evening, even though I didn't have an actual "appointment" and they were all really busy with legitimate appointments. As I said, this is not the first time I've done business with the folks at CTP Glendale. I've found them always to be polite, very helpful, and willing to go the "extra mile" to keep me happy. I recommend them highly to anyone needing auto repair services. And when the time comes, I'll be buying my next set of tires there, too!
