I can't tell whether the reason I haven't liked Irish bars in Cenpho proper is that I was spoiled by San Francisco and Galway or whether they're actually just not that good. But that's my dilemma with Rosie's.
It's not bad, per se, but I don't know any bar that I would consider "bad". It's just a little...disappointing. Great Irish knick-knacks on the walls and a good variety of Irish beers. Passable pub food and an oft-occupied stage complete the picture.
But something about it seems lacking. It doesn't seem to have that homey feel that I always look for and something about parking in a Toys R Us lot is disturbing, especially on one's way to toss back a few pints.
