  • The story is much to long for me to write. What I can say is that everything was fine threw the buying process. Nothing special very typical. Salesman screwed up some things with the onstar signing up process and since than everything has been a comedy of errors! Called and talk to the sales manager today and he has the dumbass salesman "Mike D" not positive how to spell the last name. Call us back and tell us to call onstar! Hey dumbf$@k we have been on the phone off and on with them for about a month since we bought the car. Once you sign the paper they really don't give a shit about you. Should have known better once the salesman was bad mouthing a customer he sold a car to the weekend prior. Never mind he jacked up everything with onstar and selling us on features that the car come to find out doesn't have.
