  • The office staff seemed competent enough but the plumber they sent in the field Gary was the most miserable negative complaining drama queen I've run into. They did get the job done but it took many phone calls much cajoling and me standing over him for three hours to make sure he didn't leave an incomplete job. his boss said that they would stay and connect the lines inside an additional 20 minutes of work maybe but it was so miserable dealing with this guy and he complained and said he wasn't gonna stay o just let them go and I'll hire somebody else. I don't know about the other plumbers I would just stay away from this Gary guy :(
