rev:text	I am in the process of selling my car and took it in to Jacksons for a detailing. First of all, the two hour wait they told it it would be turned into almost 4. After I watched them finish with my car I stood in the sun for an additional 20 mins waiting for them to call me over. Nothing. I had to go track someone down to find out if it was finished. They said it was. I opened the car door to find dirt still on the plastic by the seat belts, dog hair, no added new car smell like I had asked. Additionally the exterior of the car still had wax and other cleaning chemicals all over it. I had to go track someone down to come over and clean the mess I had found. After driving the car home I opened up the ashtray and it was still full of cigarette butts... So I did some more investigating. The trunk still had dirt in it, the rear window still had window paint on it, the steering wheel still had dirt on it. I called the management to complain and asked if I could bring it back in. He obliged but after I hung up the phone I just got upset because I shouldn't HAVE to bring the car back in because it should have been done correctly the first time around. I don't live near this facility and I didn't want to add more miles to the car that I am trying to sell. I didn't pay almost $200 just to have to forfeit more of my time and go back so they could finish the job they started. I feel at this point with the amount of work I did to the car myself over the weekend I should get a refund. It's simply ridiculous. I used to come here all the time when it was Danny's. The service and quality has definitely gone down hill. I will not be returning. Ever. Unless it's to collect my $200.32 I paid for this p.o.s. "detailing" .
