  • I'm so not happy with this place I called 8 times to try and get an appointment and not once did they pick up the phone I left messages and then finally drove there to make sure they were still in business !! When I got there, reception was sitting right next to the phone and I asked why no one was pick up the phone and she said no one called I opened my cell phone and showed her all the times I called and then I called right there in front of her and the phone rang just fine! After driving all the way there there was no appointments until Thursday but she informed me there was lots of cancellations this morning which if they would have picked up the phone or called me back I could have had and so she said she could put me on the wait list for today which I took assuming after all I went through I would get a call but I have not ! This is a terrible first impression of a place of business and for someone who owns two businesses I would NEVER treat a new or old client like this !! I have saved the screen shot of all the calls I made just in case you say I was calling the wrong number !!!
