There is never anywhere to sit, each table is occupied by a group of 6 elderly Greek gentlemen (with one small coffee between them) arguing loudly about who won the World Cup in 1964.
There is almost always a crowd waiting for their orders, this restaurant is perennially understaffed. You might think that you can circumvent some of the wait by using the self-serve order kiosks, but be warned, there is rarely any paper in the printers so you will not receive your order number. (Hmmm... the link to the guest satisfaction survey is on those receipts, maybe they are on to something here). In fairness to the staff, a lot of time is wasted repeatedly shouting order numbers and waving around small coffees, as many of the client base struggles with the English language and really can't get the hang of the whole order number business.
I have to agree with what I have read on here about missing items and/or receiving wrong items. It happens all the time.
Lastly, this McD's is always, always running out of ice cream. Not sure who is eating it (it can't be those elderly Greek gentlemen). Maybe the same person in charge of the receipt paper is also responsible for filling the ice cream machine.
