  • As I said in Google reviews... Starting from the beginning to this company has been terrible. We put in our application two weeks before the move in date and was told it would take 48 hours or less to hear back if it was approved or not. We didn't here back from them until the day before our move in date. This was after countless times of both of us calling and checking every day getting the run around. One agent went as far as saying I need to remember they have other customers. When rent came due our account wasn't showing our balance and we had to call again. These agents act like we are bothering them when it is their job to figure out the issue. We get harassed by the HOA every month about the grass either saying it's dead when it's not or that it's too long. They are supposed to send you notices through the company but we either don't receive them at all or they come in after the deadline and we encounter a 90 something fee. When we contact the company they put you on a hold for 10-20 minutes and come back with no answers. You'll also be hung up on or get someone that tries to give you an email address that doesn't send responses. This is by far the worst rental company you can choose from and I highly suggest you save yourself the headache and money pit these places will drag you in.
