Lots of great finds on a recent Saturday trip here. (Tip: there's a free shuttle from Broadview subway station). Including: buckwheat honey, wildflower honey, baguette made with yellow peppers, comfort cream cheese, mustard greens, candy cane beets, zucchini blossoms and delicious vegetarian tacos.
Another tip: caffienate before you get here. The coffee place inside the building (I forget the name) is so slow you'll waste half an hour waiting for your regular coffee. I did, at least. There were probably 10 people in line ahead of us, yet it took 20 minutes to order. Then they made each of the lattes/cappucinos ahead of us individually and took their sweet time (I say this as a former barista. They really take no time at all to make), THEN poured me a cup of coffee. I definitely wouldn't go back there.
But the market? Yes, please!
