I visited their location last year in the Grand Bazaar. I thought that they had gone out of business when I didn't see them there this year, but, I happily stumbled across this location while en route to the Flamingo. The cookies are amazing. The tins are PINEAPPLES, which is just the best. However, I was really put off by the customer service at this location on the day I visited recently. The cashier was totally ignoring me when I was ready to check out. Instead, he seemed more interested in giving people samples and chatting with them. Then, when he finally did check me out, he made all these WEIRD comments. I am not sure if they were sarcastic or he was trying to be Hawaiian or what, but odd stuff like "I appreciate you". Um, okay? Maybe it's just because I am from the Boston area and am not used to this, but I just found this really off-putting. Thank you is sufficient. Or even have a nice day. This was just weird. "I appreciate you" Who says that?
