  • The workers here are horrible. Save your money and take them at home - with the "photographers" they have here, the quality will surely be better. Their tactics are pushy and the employees are, at best, creepy and unskilled. None of the employees have any idea on how to set up shots. When we previewed them, all were off-center, badly lit (one employee said it could be easily photoshopped - again, they have no idea on how to properly photograph), blurred or a combination of the three. The wait times are also ridiculous - there were only a few other customers there and we still had to wait a few hours for a handful of pictures. Portrait Innovations makes me glad that the photo studio industry is dying.
