Energy bills are extremely high all year around even though they have an "eco-friendly" Nest system. The Nest system doesn't seem to work properly ( we were never given a manual), it will at times continue to heat the apartment above what temperature is set. There was an instance where it wouldn't turn to cool and began to heat our apartment over 80 degrees. So this thermostat is quite a headache and an inconvenience. We have had to have our water heater replaced along with the circuit breaker. Even though the hot water heater was replaced our showers still run cold after about 10-15 minutes. The leasing office also sends out emails about everyday and sometimes multiple times a day, all containing repeated information.

The leasing staff is very friendly and they work with you on the issues that come up.
The maintenance staff is very friendly and is very prompt. Both the maintenance and leasing staff kept us informed on all and any information that came up for both the hot water heater and circuit breaker and both got completed in a timely manner.
