Poor service. I brought my sprinter for a first oil change had to leave my keys under mat (no after hours drop box) Dealer charged me for a service that was never done as they were not able to program my spare key/fob. Their reply was time is money and they wasted time attempting to program it so charged me 130 anyways. I guess custmer service is secondary. Dealer reply was we wasted time and time is money. I was offered a credit only if i brought van back for future service intervals.
