  • Gets 3 stars because they normally go above and beyond, but after tonight, I'm sorely disappointed. My boyfriend bought me a Michael Kors bracelet in May for my birthday, but after it fell off twice for no reason, we returned it for a gift card. We went back tonight to get a DIFFERENT bracelet, and stood at the counter for over 7 minutes without ANY employee acknowledging us. Considering I have a Belk Credit Card and am a frequent shopper here I wasn't happy
