  • Worst place to shop at night, self check out always has machines down and they only have like 2 or 3 lanes open. Customer service line is always long. While I was waiting in the customer service line for about 25 min I was second in like and a lady walked up and ask if one of the women was a manager and she said yeah. She then said that a cashier didn't take her coupon. What I would have done is her position, should have been I can fix it but you would have to wait in line. No she let her cut in front of everyone and there were a total of 10 people in line. Worst customer service.
