| - I came here on Wednesday (5 days ago) and I finally decided to write this review.
I called to ask how much it would be to take my acrylics off. She said $10, so I decided to go in since I was in the target area. When I walked in, the lady who was suppose to be doing my nails kept trying to get me to get gel nails, and she said it was going to be $35. I told her no thank you because honestly I couldn't afford it, otherwise I would've just gotten a fill? She then said she could give me gel nails and nail removal, but she wasn't gonna give me a manicure basically, and it would be $25, so I said okay.
The nail removal process hurt my nails because she said they were new (2 weeks old) so I asked if we could soak them off, and she said it'd be an hour which wasn't a problem for me. She continued to pry them off and again, I asked to soak them off, and she said it'd be an hour so I said it's okay and that I wanted them soaked off. She kind of kept giving me an attitude and looked annoyed and kept saying "it's a long process huh?" She was also unprofessional and stopped doing my nails to look at a video her co worker was showing her and kept getting distracted by them... they were all unprofessional like why would you keep trying to distract her? At some point she said "cheap" while conversing with her co-workers which made me feel like she was talking about me.
After the soak I had to beg for, she did my nails and my right hand looked fine, but 3/5 nails of my nails on the left had air bubbles. It felt like a very rushed process as well. On Friday, one of the nails chipped.
I gave her a $6 tip on top of the $25, so I basically paid $31 for a half assed manicure and bad service. Needless to say, I won't be coming here again.
