  • I googled computer repair places near me and found influx PC. I read the reviews and they were all positive. My 5 year old laptop was running very slow with constant warning pop-ups. Brad returned my call promptly and agreed to take a look at my computer. He found over 30 viruses and suggested that instead of "cleaning it up" the best thing would be to restart from scratch. He repaired it quickly and for a reasonable cost. Even after I returned home with the laptop and questions would arise, I would call Brad and he would access my computer remotely and solve the problem. That is what I call excellent service.
