  • Amazing service center, looks like a great shop overall. I was on a long distance tour when I realized the tread on my tires were uncomfortably low. I searched on the internet for BMW dealers that might have my tire and called around, luckily they had a few options here. Even though it was a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, they said they'd find a way to help me if I could get there. So off I went. In a matter of no time, they had two new tires on my bike and Paul, the main service writer, had given me advice for great roads and avoiding an impending storm. He even took the time to point out several recalls I had coming and let me know which were important, and which I could live with for a little while. While waiting for my bike, they showed me to a very nice and comfy lounge area, I couldn't have asked for anything more. As a contrast, I remember having a flat once about 1/2 a mile from a Harley Dealer. Even though I managed to get the bike to them, they refused to work on my bike because it wasn't a Harley. Even though one of the mechanics really wanted to help me, and was about to patch me up, the manager came out and walked me off the lot. I ended up going to a Honda dealer who helped me out, 5 miles further down the road. Some people just don't get helping out a fellow biker traveling through. Fortunately, this is not that type of place. I wouldn't hesitate to get a bike from here in a heart beat. As others have said, they have a HUGE selection of bikes. And most importantly, as I hope I've conveyed, when buying a bike, you want a great service department because those are the people that are going to be on your side when you ride your bike off the lot. This is the place you want to get your bike at, trust me. Or don't, but you'll regret it.
