  • This place is pretty vile, and the only reason it gets 2 stars is because the customer service is decent and the pool/hot tub were ok. The lady at the front desk who helped me out was nice and gave me directions to my room without my having to ask. Like. HOWEVER... Upon opening the door to my non-smoking room, I was greeted by the stale stench of cigarettes. It was palpable. I could taste the old Winstons that I used to steal out of my grandparents' ashtray when I was a kid. It's clear that everything here is old and in dire need of an update. At the very least new linens and some fresh paint. I don't normally do a bedbug check, but I did immediately before putting my bags near anything. My advice- there are more reputable places close by that cost only a little bit more- go there!
