  • I am so upset with this company DO NOT BUY HERE save yourself plenty of headaches and frustrations trust me. I have a pretty good credit ratings I saw this company and thought wow a new homestore in town. They advertise $100.00 gift card for the first so and so people I can't remember the amount but I was up early and recieved the giftcard to my surprise it was there store only gift card....okay lets see my washer broke and I said l would get another one. Saw a pretty Good deal for washer and dryer and decided I would throw in a refrig since it was memorial day weekend and the sale was 1,000 off.. Get to the desk they have you sitting there like your about to buy a car... Okay next I'm doing the calculations in my head so I was around 4,000 okay cool I can pay that off in a year because that was a big hype no interest for a year great.. NOPE I did read the contract but these slickers wrote up everything for 6600 I said what is this oh if you dont pay within a year the interest calculates all the way from when you purchase it so they think they are getting a free $2200 from me they are wrong and Do not get their in house warranty I'm sure its a rip, There name is Conn's for a reason, Now I'm fighting to get a new refrigator from them and samsung whom they through me to instead of handling their business. BTW my guy who sold me my appliances was let go a week later, after the manager told me he didn't perform his job the way he should have. Bolognia I'm going to pay them off and then I'm done I pray my appliances last at least a year.
