  • I rented a car from Enterprise located at Cleveland airport this thanksgiving. The service at the counter was promt and extraordinary kind. I rented an EZ-pass receiver together with a car but already at the first road toll booth I learnt that it was not functional. Very annoying, especially as it was thanksgiving and all help lines were closed afternoon. However, Enterprise handled the problem in a best possible way. They did not only cancel the charge for EZ-pass rent, but they paid all my road tolls during my 3 day rental. And it was quite a lot since I drove from CLE to Chicago and back. Absolutely amazing service. I have rented a car once before from Enterprise and this was in Greece. Also that time the service was superior. From now on, I will always prefer Enterprise (given that the price is ok).
