  • So recent trip to Phoenix and I was craving Mexican food. Turned to YELP and they pointed us towards this little gem. Uber took us out there....ummmm a kind of sketchy area but what the heck. Put our name in and waited about 45 minutes to get seated (place is small). Once seated we ordered margaritas and had chips with the amazing salsa bar! There have to be 30 salsas freshly prepared.....from mild to OMG that's hot. My favorite was the Pecano......sooo yummy. Ordered food and I chose the Mole (Black Oaxacan Mole) in burrito form. I will say that was a damn good Mole.....probably in my top 2 that I have had. Burrito was big and I love that they make the tortilla crispy by flattening the burrito on the flat top. Wow soooo good. Came with rice and beans. A wonderful plate for sure. So if you go it's tiny.....there will be a wait BUT it is sooooo worth it. I'm from San Diego so I do know great Mexican food and this was GREAT. Inexpensive as well. Give them a shot.....you won't be disappointed.
