  • I would not recommend this company. We got a quote on a security door for our back door. The salesman had told us that we would be getting a call when the door was ready to be installed. So as the time got a little closer to estimated completion date, we get a knock at our door one morning at 8am when we had appointments for other things scheduled that day. The installer said well that's when they scheduled me so I'm here to install. No one ever called us to let us know the door was even done!! I called the salesman and he never returned my call. Good thing we just happened to be home that morning. We had to make adjustments in our plans for the day. After the installation the door had major creaks in it when opening and closing it. The installer kept drilling into the frame to silence it but it wouldn't work. Now we have all of these unnecessary holes in the frame. When he left he said someone would call me to come check it out. I told him I don't want to pay the balance until the noise is gone. No one ever called and YEP they charged the card for the balance anyway. Never again!!!!
