  • Here's our experience with this Medical establishment, when my husband went to see Dr. Teresa Charniga to have his right hand checked up because he had this pinching pain and gets numb too, the Doctor said she'll refer him for a nerve test. Since my husband's already there and nothing was done so he asked about getting a Flu shot, the Doctor's answer was "no, we're out" and when my husband asked when will they have it- he was flat out told, "don't know". This just show that the doctor DOESN'T CARE!! Now, going back to the referral for my husbands nerve test, my husband has been following up on it for about two weeks, he just leave messages since he can't get someone to ask about the referral. So, i got tired of waiting for that referral because now it's more than 3 weeks, i finally called myself to see what's going on with that referral, and same thing happened I was told to call the Doctor. So I called the Doctor, of course it's a voicemail. So I just told my husband that I will just find another Doctor for him, out from this joke place! I am just switching him to Southwest Med, so when I was making an appointment for a new doctor, I mentioned about my frustrations why I am switching, and the lady I am speaking with just I found out that my husband's referral for his nerve test was approved from 2 weeks back. Unbelievable!! that Dr. Charniga or anyone from Internal Medicine Associates could have returned my husband's call and said that it has been approved. This just shows nobody from this Medical establishment cares!! So if there's anything below than one star, that would be my rating. People, remember this Medical establishment-INTERNAL MEDICINE ASSOCIATES on Tenaya where nobody cares! where you always get a recording when you call even if you just press 0 to get someone live person to talk to, the phone will just ring and ring! if you need a Doctor that cares, it's certainly not INTERNAL MEDICINE ASSOCIATES.
