MY REVIEW IS NOT JUST ABOUT THE OFFICE,
I have been to them twice, one for cleaning and second for wisdome teeth extractrion.
My wisdome teeth extraction is where everything went downhill.
I had my wisdome teeth extracted in march, I was told my insurance did not cover sedation.
so I went ahead and paid out of pocket for that. I also paid my deductable per tooth.
I made sure to ask several times if that was all i had to pay because i didnt want a bill. every time i asked they said yes.
when my credit card was charged and they gave me my receipt, it did not specify what i had paid for. FIRST RED FLAG I MISSED
last month i recieved a bill for $170 and all it said was balance forward, so i went ahead and called them. i asked what the bill was for and all i was told was that it was part of my procedures done.
THEY DID NOT SPECIFY! no matter how many times i asked,
so i called my insurance.
After reviewing thier claim, my insurance told me that they do cover my sedation and that they shouldnt have charged me.
i called their courprate to get this fixed and all they said was ok we will get this fixed, by the way you still owe us $170. REALLY ????
they did not get this fixed, they have now been paid twice! by me and the insurance. they ended up taking the money that i had to get back and covering their $170 , well i paid more then $170 for my sedation, they are making up all kinds of things to not give me the refund. AND AGAIN NO ONE KNOWS WHERE THAT MONEY IS GOING.
TERRIBLE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY
