  • Sorry but In-N-Out is over hyped! I know it's a west coast thing, so I get it, but I can't hype up the mediocre burgers and fries. I had tried them years ago in LA, but had forgotten how I liked them, so got the opportunity to try them again while in Vegas for a conference with coworkers. It gets pretty busy but once we got our food I was excited to dig in. I got a cheeseburger animal style and cheese fries. I'm a big lover of fries and love some good cheese fries. Unfortunately these disappointed. I thought the cheese would be more of a liquid texture, like good cheese fries should be. Instead the cheese was melted hard on top of he fries so everything was stuck together and impossible to spread around. Even alone the fries just weren't good, which really sucks. The burger however was better but still nothing to write a great review about. I really wanted to love everything but it just didn't do it for me. Maybe I should have went to Shake Shack instead...
