  • After moving cross country this month to the Matthews area, I have had nothing but excellent customer service at this sTore. I have been spending money like its my job. And this target has gotten on the list. On arrival, we got some blankets from target. The blankets were terrible, pilling and shedding like you wouldn't believe. We didn't keep our receipt or packaging. But target returned them no problem. Even giving us cash back since the computers were down. The stores are clean, easy to navigate and employees are friendly. The only two things .... Horrible parking lot, with the grade it's very difficult to keep the cart from rolling Away as you load heavy items (like microwaves) and long lines for check out.
