| - First of all, 0 star if I could. Machine swallowed my credit card. DAMIEN GUTIERREZ, the driver, said he would deliver my card to me after he got got it out of the machine after I inserted my chip. When i offered him cash in exchange for my card, he had NO CHANGE. He left me at my hotel and said he would return in 45 minutes with my card. Shortly after, I called to check on the status of my card, 3 times, and the operator, MARY, said I called 7 times (lied), and said the driver would not deliver it due to my hostility (?), pretty sure they were just lazy. I had to pick my card up via Uber and they blamed it on me for their inadequate machines and drivers. Stick to Uber/Lyft. I hope they go out of business.
