  • Good luck when you move out. I enjoyed living here in my first starter apartment until the new owners took over. It's not the leasing office with the problems as much as it's their head quarters in WA state... The people handing down the orders. They will harass you after you move out even when you have a zero balance. You will get a monthly letter and phone calls from them trying to collect on a balance that doesn't exist for 3-4 months until you finally insist that they stop the harassment. Towards the end of my lease I would get weekly notices for inspections. Not. Joking. They had people coming in and out touring and changing or "updating" stuff constantly. I had numerous tenants around me evicted and the police called often because they were just grimy people. When the upstairs water heater went in the middle of the night and destroyed everything in my storage shed I was told it was my responsibility to replace. Or let's talk about the guy that flashed a gun racing his car through the parking lot.. Or about when my car was towed because the landscapers didn't read a map correctly and started their tree trimming on the wrong side of the complex and I was told I had to pay a $50 fee.
