| - As a person who has lived here for 10-11 years, I've had my fair share of dentists. I truly think this is the best place to go for all your general/cosmetic dentistry needs. I was unsatisfied with all my previous dentists because I was always admitted later than my appointment time (an hour later typically), they would do necessary things, were not that friendly, and did not give me options.
After becoming an adult, I decided I wanted to choose my own doctors. I needed a new dentist and was recommended by my boyfriend and his dad. They are regulars who has a lot of work done to their teeth (veneers, wisdom extractions, regular cleanings and such). I had previously went their with my boyfriend but it was for his wisdom extractions. I had seen the comfort that they provide and was impressed.
I scheduled my appointment last week and I was amazed again! It was clean and they provided the most any dentists' office has ever provided. They got me inside my room within 5 minutes and I was 20 minutes late. Not to mention that the waiting room was absolutely amazing. They have snacks and drinks, massage chairs to ease you, a tv, and a charging station! I believe they have other items such as ipads but I was not offered, but I was totally fine with it since they got me in so early!
My dental assistants were amazing. The first guy I met up with asked me for all my concerns, which I truly admire since I believe health care provider should know all my concerns. Erica, the next dental assistant that helped me was the best dental assistant I have ever met. She was so friendly, asked for all my concerns, and made me feel comfortable when doing my exam. I could tell she truly enjoyed where she worked and her job which is always nice to see. After meeting the doctor, I believe his name was doctor Scott. He told me what he needed to do and why. This is a great attribute to have because as a patient you would want to know what they are doing and why. He was friendly and I felt so comfortable around him. The next thing was my concerns for the costs of everything. I am a student and I have been paying all my medical expenses since I left my mother's house. I knew wisdom extractions were expensive including and not including sedatives. Erica gave me a rough estimate for my options for sedatives and cost. She even brought the front desk women to help me with the estimate of everything, before and after insurance. I was so incredibly pleased of this whole experience. This will forever be my favorite dentist office because of their pure kindness, honesty, service, and admitting me fast.
