  • These guys are horrible. When they ruined an expensive blazer and would not fix it, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. They responded with a letter from a prepaid lawyer service alleging that I took my top off in the back room while they were pinning my pants to be hemmed and made the owner uncomfortable. Unbelievable. Customer service is not their specialty...apparently dry cleaning is not something they are good at either!
