rev:text	Not a good service. Ordered the Cotton Candy Deluxe ensemble to be delivered yesterday (Valentine's Day) to my girl at a hospital with a custom message and a mylar balloon. The flowers that showed up weren't even close to the same color, were sparse and overwhelmed with greenery - in short were ridiculous compared to what I had ordered. The card, while it said what it should have, was scrawled hastily and the balloon was a complete no show. I wrote to their support people as soon as I got a picture of what showed up. It hasn't been returned. I was on hold with their customer support for 30 minutes yesterday and an hour today and nobody ever picked up - just a message claiming I could expect to wait more than five minutes for an operator. This is not a well run operation and there is no scenario that really covers what happened. If they needed to substitute, then why so far from the original order and why no notification? If it was the result of a rush based oversight, then how did they get the card right and omit the balloon and the arrangement type? And regardless of which it was, why didn't I get any response from support? My girl says the flowers arrived from a local affiliate which they would of course, but that means either the local affiliate screwed the order up or they were sent the wrong order to begin with. But the order is right at Teleflora's site, so the failure is probably the affiliate. But the failure to confirm what was sent and to respond quickly to the failed order is Teleflora's. Just avoid, if you want the truth. I may never get my money back at this rate but $80 is a fair price to learn who never to do this with again.
