  • This is a follow up to my previous review of 11/6/2015. A recent heavy rain that was wind driven on an angle caused a couple of little water tracks running down my house wall where the patio roofs connects to it. I gave Ken a call knowing he would be backed up with work after this rain. The next morning Ken and Mike showed up really early and got on my roof. He examined it and found caulking around two windows caused the problem, fixed it and took care of the problem that wasn't even caused by my roof. I can't say enough about Ken and Silverback Roofing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a knowledgeable honest roofer.
