  • How funny that another group of people had a problem with the manager Rochelle and the other person we had problem with the cashier Brittany. We are handicapped and most hotels have a handicapped line but we called to make sure and were to go. So we went to the Medley Buffet at the Aliante Hotel and Casino. On 2/13/15 we went there, it was about 6:30pm. We were told that we should go where the handicapped placard. This is where we ran into Brittany and we asked her were are we suppose to go because there were 2 signs that had handicapped and also a black and a purple Aliante card. Well Brittany said that the handicapped line was the main line and i said do we have to have these other 2 cards and she said yeah but you have to spend alot of money. We then went to the rewards center and the manager was there, we dont remember his name but he was nothing but helpful. He walked with the manager back to the Buffet and there was Rochelle. He spoke to Rochelle and Rochelle talked to Brittany then all of a sudden Brittney Spouts out I never told them that, i then said yes you did and Im not going to argue with you about this. It is what you said. So the Rewards manager talked to the Rochelle and we were told that we will be next. Once the rewards manager left, , Rochelle then opened her mouth and told Brittany to take this person, this person, this other person and then she said take 6 other groups before us. Brittany then said to Rochelle that she already rang us up, Brittany even had our card and money in her hand. Rochelle told her to clear it from her register, Brittany then handed me my money and card back. My other half said that sh will not give our money to Aliante and she said lets go. So we walked out of the hotel, still have not eaten and went home. Rochelle was just a rude person and Brittany was no different. Now Aliante will get NOTHING from us. Rochelle and Brittany need to know what customer service really is. If i were there boss, they would no longer be working for the Medley and also Aliante hotel and casino!!!!!!
