  • I had a ring needed to be resized smaller. The first time I went they took down my measurement and what the size needed to be. They told me it would be ready by that Thursday (it was monday) I called Thursday at 3pm to make sure it was ready. They said to give them till Friday that they hadn't done it yet. I went to pick it up Friday afternoon because when I called Friday morning they said it wasn't ready. STILL. So when I got my ring, it wasn't the right size. I had to wait another week (next Thursday) to pick up. Again when I called Thursday, it wasn't ready. :) Fun game right? Picked up my ring that Saturday. Super fun use of my time and $60. It was a cheap ring too. Just really liked it.
