| - There's a lot of good going on at this place. Was first introduced through recommendations of friends who raved about it, so that was encouraging. As I've tried it on several occasions, thought it was time for a review. I've generally liked my experiences here, but what I appreciate most is the family friendly, community vibe. They're also known for their support of fellow local businesses. I've tried their sweet and savory dishes. In the past, I've had the root medley, brussel sprout hash, breakfast burrito, pancakes, and seasonal coffees (have more pics than shown here). The lemon ricotta pancakes are what have stood out the most, and I'll definitely go back for those! They change up the hot bevies seasonally which is fun. I chose the standard square breakfast this last time, it comes with your choice of meat. The menu for my meal says "and toast", but I was charged extra for it. Not sure if I misinterpreted something. The dish was okay, and that's generally how I feel about their food. It's not been consistently good in each of the dishes I've tried. It's in the middle of the road cost wise, but that's because of the quality of their food and their local sources, which I understand. My last check did take me aback for a simple breakfast though. A fellow yelper pointed out the plate share fee, which I have never seen or heard of. With that said, I do like this place, for the cozy neighborhood vibe and friendly customer service. Great outdoor seating during warmer days. Place gets packed so plan ahead!
