I have been going for 5 years and used to love the salon and customer service. I still love my hairstylist. However, since moving from Borgota to the quarter,most of the assistants they have brought in should not be on the floor blow drying in my opinion. The past several times I had to go home and re-do my hair because they were so inexperienced. If your stylist is a level 3 or up you must pay an extra $25 for most services to have her style your hair. This gets to be very expensive if you need a color re-touch once a month. Also, on the month of your birthday you are to get a discount all month long on services and products. Because of the discount, I scheduled myself to get a few extensions for volume and they would not permit this service discounted even though it read for ANY service or product. I complained and they said that was their NEW policy. I then wrote in and was told the same thing. I said I have spent thousands of dollars here for myself and my daughter and as an act of good will thought they could have allowed it, since that was no where in print. I don't feel the customer service and customer appreciation as it used to be. The turnover is huge with the front desk and assistants I am not sure what to do because I love my stylist so much but have been leaving there feeling disappointed over the past year.
